Mrs. Elida Jackson, one of the oldest residents of Clyde, had the misfortune to fall at her home on Forest street Sunday and break her hip. Dr. C. Beck was called and it was found necessary to take her to Bellevue Hospital in Beard's ambu- lance where an x-ray picture was taken. She was brought back to Clyde and her daughters, Mrs. H. L. Longeway and Mrs. Alfred Pawsey, are caring for her. ----
