Francisco, according to Postmaster
Col. Jas. E. Power today.
   Col. Power today received word
from Washington that the new
stamps are on sale in Washington
for collectors.  First orders for
these denominations will be filled
with the new series.
   The 12c stamp has a portrait of
the capitol dome.
