Samuel FLAUGHER.  

 Samuel had an obituary 26 Feb 1885 Tiffin, Seneca Co., OH 

       "Samuel Flaugher, who was recently ajudged insane on the subject of
barn-burning and was confined in the jail awaiting his removal to the insane
asylum, died in that place of nervous prostration on Thursday, February 19,
1885, at 12:00 noon.  He was buried on Friday the funeral taking place at 2:00
PM services being conducted at the jail by Rev. Fisher" (Tiffin Weekly Tribune,
Tiffin, Ohio, 3; col 4. Hereinafter cited as Weekly Tribune.).
