Lydia Ann POWELL.  As of 18 Apr 1855, her married name was JOHNSON (Jean
Seigley, Seigley's Seneca marriages, 180; county book 4 page 350.).  

Lydia Ann had an obituary 11 Jul 1905 Tiffin, Seneca Co., OH 

       "Mrs. Lydia Johnson died at her home in Melmore, Monday evening, at 9:00.
 The cause of her death was dropsy, from which she had been a sufferer for a
number of years, but for the last year she had failed rapidly.  She was 68
years, three months and 24 days of age.  She was born in Columbiana county,
April 15, 1837.  Her maiden name was Lydia Powell.  In 1855 she was married to
J.A. Johnson.  To them were born five children, Mrs. W. R. Betts, of Kansas,
Ohio, H. W. Johnson of Crawford county, Mrs. J. W. Seery, of Crawford county,
Mrs. L. A. BLUTHART, of Chicago, Ohio, and John Bruce Johnson who died a number
of years ago.  For the past five years she has resided in Melmore, where she was
highly esteemed by all who knew her.  The funeral will be held Thursday
afternoon at 2:00, at the Kansas M. E. church" (Daily Tribune, page 8 column
one.).
