Also Twenty six acres of land in Section three (3) of Venice Township, Seneca County, Ohio, said lands situated on the East side of the Turnpike and North of said Village of Attica, Ohio. Also the household and kitchen furniture beds and bedding and all the personal property that I may have at the time of my death except the amounts of moneys or notes mentioned hereafter in this will. Item 2nd, I devise and bequeath to my son Mathias Ringle one thousand dollars in money to be paid by my Executor if the same shall remain unpaid at the time of my death Item 3rd, I devise and bequeath to my daughter Lucinda Goodnough and her heirs one thousand dollars to be paid to her or her heirs after my death if the same shall be unpaid at that time. Item 4th, I devise and bequeath to my son David Ringle one thousand dollars being the same money that I now hold his bond for in which he agrees to pay me fifty dollars a year for the use of said one thousand dollars during my lifetime that is to say that I have made an advancement of one thousand dollars to my son David Ringle. Item 5th, I devise and bequeath to my son William Ringle One thousand dollars to be paid to him by my Executor at my death if the same shall remain unpaid at that time. Item 6th, I devise and bequeath to my son Finley Ringle One thousand dollars five hundred of said one thousand dollars to be paid by my Executor at my death if the same shall remain unpaid at that time I having made an advancement of five hundred dollars to my son Finley for which I hold his bond similar to the one that I hold against my son David. Item 7th, I devise and bequeath to my daughter Charlotte S Sutton One thousand dollars five hundred of said one thousand dollars to be paid to my said daughter at my death if the same shall remain unpaid at that time, I having made an advancement to her for which I hold her bond for five hundred dollars signed by her and her husband Alva Sutton the said bone being ____ the same time and for the same amount as my son Finley’s bond Item 8th, I devise and bequeath to my grandchild Angeline Boyle one thousand dollars to be paid to her by my Executor at my death if the same shall remain unpaid at that time. Item 9th, It is my will all my Estate both personal and real be left to my beloved wife during her lifetime after all my just debts and expenses be paid and the amounts mentioned in former items of this will shall have been paid as therein directed to be paid to my said heirs. Item 10th, If at the time of my death I should not have money on hand to pay all of my heirs as stated in this will then they shall be paid as soon as the same can be collected and become practical for my Executor to pay the same the same to be paid as mentioned in this will the one that is first mentioned shall be paid first and so on until all are paid. Item 11th, It is my will that at the death of my beloved wife all of my estate that remains unconsumed by her be equally divided between all of my heirs. Item 12th, I do hereby nominate and appoint David Ringle Jr Executor of this my last will and testament hereby authorizing him to compromise adjust and release in such manner as he may diem proper all claims due me. I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
