Item 1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my decease. Item 2. I give, devise and bequeath, all of my real estate to my husband Carry Shepherd, for and during his natural life: my said property, as hereinafter set forth in Item 4. A. and B. Item 3.
