Marriage License

In the Matter of Levi George Dietrich Fark and Anna Wilhelmina Huelsmeyer, 
No.716 Marriage license application. Probate Court, Shelby County, Ohio.

The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License of said 
parties, and upon oath states that said Levi George Diedrich Fark is 26 years 
of age on the 27th day of August 1907, his residence is Kettlersville, Ohio, 
his place of birth is Kettlersville, Ohio, his occupation is farmer, his 
father's name is George Fark, his mother's maiden name was Caroline 
Harjehausen, that he was never previously married, and that he has no wife 
living. 

That said, Anna Wilhelmina Hulsmeyer is 30 years of age, on the 18th day of 
July 1907, her residence is Kettlersville, Shelby County, Ohio, her place of 
birth is Kettlersville, Ohio, her occupation is Home Duties, her father's name 
is William Hulsmeyer, her mother's maiden name was Sophia Meckstroth, that she 
was never previouly married; that she has no husband living. Said parties are 
no nearer of kin than second cousins; and there is no legal impediment to their 
marriage. It is expected that Rev. is to solemnize the marriage of said 
parties. Sworn to before me and signed in my presence, this 2nd day of December 
1907.
