William Raifsnider
Crime burglary; sentence, three years; convicted at the May term, 1964, of the 
Court of Common Pleas of Stark county.  Pardoned 18 JUL 1866, on 
recommendation of the leading citizens of his county, and in consideration of 
his time being nearly expired, and the destitute circumstances of his family, 
who need his labor.
