The Canton Repository, Canton, Stark, Ohio.  Wednesday, September 22, 1937
George C. Lichtenwalter, 52, a lifelong resident of Canton, died late Tuesday 
night in the home, 1131 Wilson pl NW, after a year’s illness.
	He was a member and steward of Canton aerie 141, Fraternal Order of 
Eagles, and also a member of the Improved Order of Redmen.
	Beside his widow Mrs. Mabel Lichtenwalter, he is survived by a 
daughter, Dorothy, of Canton; a sister, Mrs. J. D. Tipple of Birmingham, Ala., 
and an aunt, Mrs. Minnie Thomas, of Canton.
	Body is at the E. J. Welch parlors and will be taken to the home at 6 
p.m.  Time of funeral will be announced later.
