Canton Repository  April 11, 1974

PACHMAYER, Joseph C., age 62, of 1009 Cherry Ave., NE, Canton, was dead on 
arrival at Timken Mercy Hospital Wednesday morning.  He had lived in Canton for 
40 years and the past 19 years at the present address.  An employee of Diamond 
Portland Cement Co., he was a member of various bowling leagues.  Survived by 
his wife, Lavera Angeline, one daughter, Mrs. Charlene Johnson of Canton, Five 
sons, Joseph Jr. and Paul both of Dayton, John and Robert both of Canton, 
Alexander of Massilion.  17 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, 5 sisters, 
Mrs. Mary DePetrie of Phoenix, Arizona, Mrs. Ann Lewis of Albuquerque, New 
Mexico, Mrs. Margie Munley of Canton, Mrs. Mildred Nemeth of Steubenville, and 
Mrs. Emma Bisce of Bentleyville, Penn. Four brothers, Clarence, Steve, Paul and 
John Pachmayer all of Canton.  Services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the 
Kreighbourn Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Vincent G. Scharff officiating .  Burial 
in East Sparta Cemetery.  Friends may call Friday, 2-4, 7-9.
