Wm. H. Schultz officiating. Mrs. Wendling’s sons acted as pallbearers. Although the Reformed church was organized four years and three months ago, this was its first loss by death. Not even has a baptized child of the congregation died. The funeral was largely attended. The deceased is survived by seven sons, Fred, Charles, Edward, Albert, Clarence, Herbert and Frank, all of whom reside in the city; five brothers, Andrew Schrock, of Canal Fulton; Fred Schrock, of Ashtabula; John Schrock, of Newman; George and William Schrock, of Massillon, and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Maurer and Mrs. Emmanuel Gibbs of Canal Dover, and Mrs. Fred Fiechler, of North Lawrence.
