C-13 Joseph F. Sabo, 79, of 585 Diagonal rd., apt. 716, died November 8, 1977, Holy Family Home, Parma, Ohio. He was born in Hungary and lived in Akron for over 68 years. He was a machinist for National Rubber Machine Company for 42 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society of the Church. He is survived by sons, Joseph F. Sabo of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, two daughters, Mrs. Andrew (Mary) Schiff of Kentucky, Mrs. William (Isabel) Kennan of Akron; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Mass of the Christian burial Friday, 10 a.m., Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 734 Grant St., Rev. Fr. Aloysius J. Bartko officating. Family receive friends Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Rosary Service 8 p.m., Kertese Funeral Home, 243 Manchester Rd. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Casket will remain closed at the request of the family. Kertess, 753-1066. Additional Comments: His first wife and mother of his children was Marcella Mary Balog, also born in Hungary.
