Mrs. Fred E. Weiss

Mrs. Virgillia Callihan Weiss, 79, of 1649 Yale Ave. NW died Friday at 7:50 
p.m. after an extended illness.

A native of Shanesville, she was a member of the Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Weiss was the widow of Fred E. Weiss, manager and official of the 
Sterling Drug Co. at Stanford, Conn., who died in 1941.

Her only survivor is a cousin, Mrs. Grace Fisher, with whom she made her home.

Services will be held monday at 1:30 p.m. in the Arnold Funeral home, with 
the Rev. Tom Homrighausen officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill 
Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
