Notice:

Ernest Porter of Millbury Massachusettes is hereby notiied that Alice M.Porter, 
wife on April 25th 1912, filed her petition in th Court of Common Pleas, Summit 
Couny, State of Ohio, praying to be divorced from him, an praying for the full 
custody of their son, Harold W. Porter, minor child, because of gross neglect 
of duty and extreme cruelty.  The case may be heard and decided after the 
experation of six weeks from April 25th 1912.  By Voris, Vaughn and 
Vaughn, Attorneys.
