Know ye that David Bower a Private of Captain William Wallace Co. I, 105 Regiment of Ohio Infantry Volunteers who were enrolled on the eleventh day of August One thousand eight hundred and sixty two to serve three years or during the war is hereby discharged from the service of the United States this third day of June 1865 at near Washington D.C. by reason of Telegraphic Order from the War Dept directing the muster out of troops whose term of service expires before Oct. 1, 1865. No objection to his being re enlisted is known to exist. Said David Brown was born in Adams County State of Pennsylvania is twenty nine years of age five feet six inches high light complexion blue eyes brown hair and by occupation when enrolled a Farmer.
