Leet Perkins, widow of Addison Perkins, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Emma Hoover, in Vienna, in her 78th year. She leaves one son, S. N. Perkins, one daughter, Mrs. Emma Hoover, both of Vienna, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, one brother, Corydon Leet of Vienna, and one sister Harriet Brannon of Niles. The funeral will be held this morning in the Vienna Methodist church, in charge of Rev. Mr. Roberts. Burial in Vienna cemetery. Additional Comments: Sarah Maria (Leet) Perkins was born 6 Aug 1833 in Vienna, Trumbull County, Ohio; and died 21 Mar 1911 in Howland Twp., Trumbull County, Ohio. She married Addison Perkins (born about 1832 in Fowler Twp., Trumbull Co., Ohio; died of typhoid fever on 13 Oct 1862 in Louisville, Kentucky while serving in Company B, 105 Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry, Union Army) on 6 Dec 1854 in Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. Her parents were Sherman Leet (born 25 Sep 1806 in Canton, Hartford Co., Connecticut; died 11 Apr 1874 in Vienna Twp., Trumbull Co., Ohio) and Sarah M. Truesdell (born 22 Oct 1808 in Vienna Twp., Trumbull Co., Ohio; died 13 March 1888 in Vienna Twp., Trumbull Co., Ohio).
