I have William Alhander Smith's death certificate from the state of Ohio (b. 5 
Mar.1853 d. 1 Sept 1914). I cannot determine his place of death, it is in 
Indiana, buried Sept 3, 1914. His wife was Evangeline Ross Smith; father Joseph 
Smith; mother Jeminima Crull Smith. They had nine children. William A. had a 
sister, Mary Ann Johnson of Ill. and two brothers, Ralph Silas Smith of Ill and 
John B.Smith of Clinton Co., IN. I would like to know of any further 
information from an obituary on William A. Smith, or of Evangeline Ross Smith 
who died 28 Apr 1942. Children's names are Laura Bell, Joseph Ross, Leland 
Thomas, Lawrence Ray, William A. Jr., Rachel, Evangeline, Mary Ruth and Carroll 
(or Carl).

I would appreciate anything you might find on this family. Thank you. Joseph 
Smith the father of William A. Smith was my great grandfather.
