I have spending more time carefully reading thru the German/Swiss churchbooks
I have ... instead of just looking in the index and "grabbing" names.... and
have come across entries in some of them entitled "family register". They are
simple entries, just giving the name of the head of household, spouse,
children, and their dobs and dods. I thought I would do a couple of entries
at a time (as work and eyes permit) and post to the list in hopes that they
might help someone out.  I have no connections (that I know of!) to any of
them.

I did check into copyright as am taking this from a churchbook that was 
donated to the Ragersville Historical Society and then translated and copied 
by Maxine Renner Eberle.  I spoke with Maxine over this past weekend (we are 
related but haven't figured out exactly how yet) and she was very pleased at 
the idea and said there is no copyright to worry about.

I have tried to be very careful in typing these dates and have included
baptismal and confirmation dates as some times those are the dates someone
