In the name of Almight God, Amen.  I, DANIEL ANTHONY, being of feeble health, 
but of sound mind and memory, make this my last will and testament.  1st.  I 
will and bequeath unto my son, JAMES ANTHONY, the farm I now live upon, being 
all the land I now own, situate in Warwick Township, Tuscarawas County and State 
of Ohio, containing about fifty seven and a half acres, the said James to have 
said real estate in fee simple from and after the decease, upon the condition 
following that is to say: 1st. the said James is to maintain myself and my 
beloved wife, Catherine, so long as we severally shall live in a good and 
reasonable manner as he has been doing for six or more years last past.  2nd.  I 
will and bequeath to my daughter, SARAH WOLF, twenty dollars, which amount the 
said James is to pay to said Sarah after my decease.  I also will and bequeath 
to my daughter, ELIZABETH CORPMAN, the sum of five dollars to be paid by said 
James.  I also will and bequeath to my daughter, MARY ANTHONY, one hundred 
dollars to be paid by said James, which several sums James is to pay out of the 
real estate hereby to him bequeathed after my decease.  And I nominate and 
appoint SAMUEL ROMICK my Executor of this my last will and testament.  In 
witness whereof I hereto set my hand and seal this 26th day of June A.D. 1855, 
in the presence of D.W. Stambaugh and William Helmick, whom I request to attest
