Application for Probate of Will.
THE STATE OF OHIO, UNION COUNTY, SS  }IN PROBATE COURT

   In the Matter of the Last Will and Testament of Alfred Beck,Deceased. 
Application to Admit to Probate.
To the Hon. James W. Campbell, Judge of the Probate Court in and for said 
County:
   Your petitioner respectfully represents that Alfred Beck, late resident of 
the Township of Leesburg in said county, died on or about the 16th day of 
February A.D. 1898, leaving an instrument in writing whereto attached, 
puirporting to hjis last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
   That the said Alfred Beck died leaving Anna Beck(Petitioner} his widow and 
the following named pweson as his only next of kin.
   Rose Jones         Daughter        Cataba, Oh
   Emery O. Beck      Son             Pharisburg, Oh
   Jennie Jolliff     Daughter        Magnetic Springs, Oh
   Fredrick Beck      Son             Pharisburg, Oh

   Your petitioner prays that a time may be fixed for the proving of said will 
and that said above named persons, residents of the State of Ohio, may be 
notified according to law of the pending of said proceedings.
