Bigelow, aged 85, widow of Alpheus Bigelow, passed away at her home in Union Twp.near Chuckery abt. 7:30 o'clock Friday morning of infirmities of age. She was a nitive of Union Township. Mrs. Bigelow was born July 5, 1852, being the daughter of Frederick and Permelia Morris Parthemore. Mr.Parthemore was a native of Rhode Island and Mrs. Parthemer was a native of Union Township. Mrs. Bigelow was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Milford Center. Surviving children are Morris A. Bigelow of Columbia University, New York City; Amy R. Bigelow at home; Walter R. Bigelow of Delaware, Ohio; William F. Bigelow of Roselle Park, N.J., who is editor of Good Housekeeping magazaine; Mrs. Dessie H. Mitchell of Dover township, and Merle E. Bigelow at home. Three brothers and seven sisters are deceased. Funeral services were held at 2:00 Sunday afternoon in the local M.E. Church conducted by Rev. B.A. Middleton of New Moorefield. Interment was made in the Milford Center cemetery in charge of E.S. Faulkner, funeral director of Marysville. Additional Comments: Morris A.
