Mrs. W. D. Parthemer Passed Away Monday [sugar diabetes takes Allen Twp. woman-
Funeral services Wed.]
Mrs. Zena Parthemer aged 50 year wife of William D. Parthemer, died Monday at 
her home three miles west of Marysville on the Bellefontaine road, after a long 
illness of sugar diabetes. She was only bedfast, however about a week prior to 
her death.
She was a daughter of Mr. & Mrs. O.B.Converse deceased, and spent her entire 
life in Marysville, and Paris Township. At the age of 18 years she was married 
to Ozie Reed, whose death occurred a number of years ago. About ten years ago 
she was married to William D. Parthemer who survives. They have no children. 
She is also survived by two sisters. Mrs.Zadie Barker wife of John Barker and 
Mrs. Zilla Pyers wife of Bart Pyers. Both reside in Allen Twp.
Funeral services Wed. afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the residence conducted by 
Rev. Melvin S. Pearse of Magnetic Springs and interment in Oakdale in charge of 
The H.W. Morey Company.
