Poling, in Allen Twp. She had been bedfast for the past three years. She was the widow of S.H. Poling, deceased, a well-known Allen Twp. farmer. Mrs. Poling was born March 15, 1847, and was a daughter of Fredrick and Parmilla Morse Parthemer, deceased. Her father was a native of Pennsylvania, and her mother was born in Rhode Island. Surviving are four children: Mrs.H.V. Laird, of Broadway; Mrs. G.W.Connolly, of Milford Center, Ohio; Hubert Poling, Marysville, and O.B. Poling, Of Allen Twp. There also remain sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Harriet Bigelow, of Chuckery, and Mrs. Lauritta Van Gordon, of Michigan. Funeral services Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the L.H. Miller funeral home in West Fifth street, conducted by the Rev. John F. Forsythe, Of Raymond, and interment in Oakdale Cemetery in charge of Mr. Miller.
