Newspaper clipping from gr. grandmother
   Permilla L. (Morse) Parthemor was born in the State of Rhode Island July 25,
1813 and departed life on earth May 5, 1896, aged 81 years, 9 months, and 10 days.
   She with her parents emigrated to Union county, Ohio, when but a small girl.
When 18 years of age she was married to Frederick Parthemor, a native of
Virginia, who departed life November 1, 1870. To this union eleven children were
born, eight of whom are still living. Mrs. Parthemor was reared by Christian
parents and united with the church when quite young. In after years
circumstances were such that she was severed from the church until seventeen
years before her death she united with the Christian church of Milford Center,
where her name still remains. She was seldom permitted to attend services, but
was ever faithful. God has called a true wife, loving mother, kind neighbor and
a faithful Christian to the eternity where sorrows are no more and to await the
coming of her dear ones here on earth.
