The Marysville Tribune May 20, 1914

  Jane M. Rittenhouse, daughter of Henry and Anna Boyd Rittenhouse, was born in
Albermail County, Virginia, Nov.14,1839.
  She was called to her Heavenly home, May 5,1914, aged 74 years, 5 months and
21 days.
  Just before the Civil war she came to the State of Ohio.
  On Jan. 14, 1869 she was united in marriage to Alfred G. Robinson, of
Rockbridge County, Virginia. To this union were born six children as follows;
James H.,of Marysville, Oh. Emery J., Vernie M. and Gertrude of home; Mrs.
Myrtle Sharp, of New Dover. One daughter having died in infancy.
  In addition to the above named, one brother, seven grandchildren, two great
grandchildren, and a large number of friends will feel deeply the loss of one so
kind and faithful.
  Both she and her husband united with the Springdale Baptist church  in the
year 1868, during the pastoral services of Rev. J. B. George. Both were charter
members. 
  Funeral services were held Friday at the home in the presence of a large
number of relatives and friends. Services were conducted by her pastor J.P.
McDowell. Interment in Baptist Cemetery.(New Millcreek Cem.) Scioto Twp.
Delaware Co. OH.
