I first learned of this cemetery as a child. My 
Grandfather, Samuel Luster Chalfan was interred there on 
February 17, l917, My father who was his son died August 
12, l974, He was 5 years of age at the time of his fathers 
death in 1917, Dad always referred to this cemetery as 
"Middlefork". I unfortunately do not know the county roads 
near this cenetery.
