Vinton County Newspaper August 8, 1895

"The Boys in Blue"

We publish below a list of the Soldiers in some of the townships in this
county and will continue the story til competed. We do this in honor to them
and to give their Post Office addresses to those who may desire to write to
them or write each other. We give the company and the regiment. The
Regiments are all Ohio Regiments except where otherwise noted.
