Minerva (Allman) Barnhouse died at the home of Walter Carr whose family she 
had been caring for in Clinton Township, Vinton County, Ohio. She was 55 tears 
old and died from complications of diseases. She was married 3 times(see note 
below). She was preceded in death by 3 chldren. She is buried in Prattsville 
Cemetery, Prattsville, Vinton County, Ohio.

Additional Comments:
Minerva Allman Barnhouse was the daughter of George and Elenore (Allman) 
Allman. The obituary is incorrect in listing 3 marriages as there 4 marriages 
1) Benjamin Kelly January 7, 1866,in Vinton Co. 2) William H. Pierce on 
October 17, 1880, in Ross Co. 3)Jacob Harmon in August 2,1906 in Vinton Co.  
and 4) Simon Peter Barnhouse October 23, 1914 in Vinton Co.
