M'arthur Democrat. (McArthur, Vinton County, Ohio) 1853-1865: April 09, 1863
On the 29th of March, 1863, at 8:12 o'clock pm, Anna Brown, consort of Lemuel E.
Brown, aged 64 years, 3 months and 21 days. She was born in Ruthland county,
Vermont, December 7th, 1798. At the age of 12 years, she removed with her parents to
Marietta, Washington county, Ohio. Her maiden name was Trowbridge. She was married
to Lemuel G. Brown June 10, 1821.
