Vinton County Newspaper McArthur Enquirer October 15, 1873

Molly D, Brine died at the home of her father-Henry Haynes, in Eagle Township,
Vinton county, on Monday Ocober 13, 1873 of consumption. Mollie D. Brine was 
the wife of Jonathon Brine Jr. aged 28 years - months (smear for the #) 24 
days.She left her home in McArthur with her husband to visit her parents in 
Eagle Township thinking the change would make her feel better.
 She was married to Jonathon Brine on March 3, 1868 and joined the Christian 
Church in May 1873.
