Alta Abelia Beltz married Darryll Benjamin Peoples and they are buried here 
together.  This is their tombstone.  Alta lived from 1905-1939.  She died of 
cancer at 34 in her home in Ray, Ohio of Vinton County.  This left Darryll to 
finish raising their children.  Darryll later married Blanch Patterson, a 
widow.  Blanch is buried with her first husband.  Darryll lived 1898-1989. He 
saw the world go from horse and buggy to a space ship to the moon. He survived 
the Great Depression and saw WWI, WWII, and more.  He lived to see his great-
grandchildren.  He was ready when his time came.  He had a stroke and died a 
week later of a heart attack.
