Born in Ross county March 26, 1892, he was a son of Martin and Mary Snarrenberger Schmidt. On Nov. 10, 1920 he married Anna Cokonougher, who survives. He was a member of the Baptist church. Service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Murray funeral home, in charge of Rev. Donald Cummans. Burial will be made in Greenfield cemetery. Friends may call at Murray's after 2 p.m. Tuesday. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two foster children, Mrs. John Leach, of Greenfield, and Alvin Conaway, of South Salem, and a sister and a brother, Mrs. Herbert Lowery, of Buena Vista, and Herman Schmidt, of Leesburg. Hagge, 80, of the Mowrystown Community, died Friday, Oct. 11, 2003 at the Batavia Nursing & Convalescent Center. She was born Oct. 4, 1923 in Brown County, the daughter of the late Herman Clyde Harris and Gladys Gertrude (Young) Harris. Mrs. Hagge was a member of the Buford Church of Christ, and the Ohio Valley Antique Machinery Association. Survivors include her husband, Arthur Hagg of Mowrystown; three sons, Warren (Sandy) Hagge of Mt. Orab, Jerry (Mary) Hagge of Mt. Orab, and Wayne (Melissa) Hagge of Hillsboro. Also surviving is a brother, Carl (Marie) Harris of Mowrystown; four granddaughters, Tina McFarland of Mt. Orab, Wende Frazee of Sardinia, Jerri Lynn (Eddie) Brooks of Mt. Born August 20, 1900, in Ross County, he was the son of Joseph and Ruth Alice Herdman Wisecup. He was married January 29, 1924, to the former Gladys Beechler, who survives. In addition to Mrs. Wisecup, surviving are five sons, Claude E., Chillicothe; Clifford E., South Salem; Wayne C., Frankfort, and Donald A. and Carl W., both of Greenfield; a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Ruth Ann) Trego, Greenfield Rt. 1; 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and a brother, Raymond Wisecup, Washington C.H. Lifelong Athens County resident, son of he late John and Phoebe Goldsberry, he was the last of a family of six children. He was a retired farmer and member of Mt. Zion United Brethren Church. Survivors include his wife Capitolia; a son, Frank, of Columbus, seven daughters, Mrs: Allen Weatherby, Athens, Mrs: Virgil C.
