THOMAS CHURCH FRIDAY MORNING The funeral of the late Clement H. Fox, who died late Tuesday night at the home of his siter, Mrs. Ralph Waller, 1209 Marietta street, will be conducted at the St. Thomas Catholic church at 9 o'clock Friday morning. Burial in Mt. Calvary cemetery. The death of Mr. Fox occurred just four weeks after he was brought here from his home in Little Rock, Ark. Realizing that he could not recover, his only wish was that he might spend his last days in his native city, Zanesville. His wife was in feeble health and could not accompany him, and since his departure she became ill and is now in a hospital. Mr. Fox is survived by his widow and one son, Jospeh Clement and by his mother, Mrs. Mary Fox, of Connelsville, PA., who has been in constant attendance at his bedside for the past two months, and by three sisters and four brothers; Mrs. Ralph Wallar, Mrs. Margaret Fitzpatrick, and John Fox, of this city; Miss Mary Fox and Hugh Fox of Connelsville, PA., Bernard Fox, of Vinton, Iowa and Kirby Fox of Columbus. (Barney) Fox, former Linotype operator at the Daily Breeze, was received yesterday by friends in Redondo Beach. Fox who retired a year ago died Dec. 19 in Pharr Texas. He is survived by his wife Jane Grace. Fox was a printer for almost 50 years, entering the trade in 1910 in Zanesville, Ohio. He worked in shops in Ohio, Iowa, and Pennsylvania before coming to California. He was a retired gardener and had always lived in the Mill Run neighborhood. Mr. Perone is survived by three children, Mrs. Robert Price, Mrs. David Lehew and William Perone, all of this city and by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at the Lehew home at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon by Rev. Mr. Kinney of trinity M.E. church. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
