Captain William H. Moore, an old resident of Auburndale, died this morning at 5 o'clock. He was postmaster at that place for many years, and was highly respected by all who knew him. His death, although not unexpected, as he has been ill for some time, will be a surprise and a shock to his many friends. Deceased was formerly second lieutenant of Company C, 16th Regiment. The company will hold a meeting to take appropriate action on his death, and if so decided to arrange for attending the funeral. The time of the funeral will be announced later. *William Hammond Moore is my g g grandfather. He was married to Lydia Ann Lenardson. LINDECKER "Mrs. Dora E. Lindecker died today in her home, 1439 Goodale Ave. A resident of Toledo 80 years, was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and of that church's women's organizations. She is survived by her husband, Joseph C.: daughter , Mrs. Milton Aish, Tiffin, Ohio; sons, Wayne M., Toledo, and Joseph, Skokie, Ill.; sister, Mrs. Frederick Quine, Massapekua, N. Y.; four grandchildren and three great - grandchildren. Services will be held in the Flager Mortuary, Collingwood Memorial, with the Rev. A. J. Gruetter officiating.
