Burial will be in Duncan Falls Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Schoedinger Funeral Home in Columbus. Mr. Fox was born March 24, 1885, at McConnelsville, a son of George and Emma Fox. He lived much of his life in the Chandlersville area. He was a member of the St. Augustine Church and Knights of Columbus. Surviving in addtion to his widow, the former Bessie Heim, are a brother, WIlliam Fox of Troy; plus several nieces and nephews. A sister and three brothers are deceased. Additional Comments: Harry Fox's given name was Thomas Harry Fox, but because there were so many Thomas Foxs in the family, went by Harry. His mother's name was Nancy J Farrell (O'Farrel). Typo? in the obit shows Emma as his mother's name. Had a sister Emma. Mrs. Fox had lived at Columbus for about 50 years. She was born Sept. 23, 1886 in Wayne Township, Muskingum County , a daughter of George and Harriet Mast Heim. Her husband Harry, died Aug. 13, 1971. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. William (Hazel) Laycock of 1356 Athenea Lane and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call tonight at Evans Funeral Home on Livingston Ave. at Columbus where services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be at around noon Saturday in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
