Cunningham, wife of J.T. Cunningham and daughter of Solomon Clippinger, departed this life in Ada, Hardin Co, OH June 8th 1877, in her 36th year. She was born in Baltimore, Fairfield county, Ohio December 20th 1841. In Lima, O at the residence of. Capt. Hover, she was married to her now bereaved companion, Sept. 5th 1860. She united with the Methodist Episcopal Church in Pike county, Ohio in 1867. In 1869 she moved with her husband to Lima, Ohio and in 1872 to Ada, where she lived till her death. Mrs. C was the mother of nine children, four of whom preceded her to the better land. She was a women of remarkable energy and strength of will, posscessing an excellent moral character.
