He was born on Nov. 3, 1913 in Ross County to EVAN FRANK SHADRACH and FLORENCE AMANDA (COKONOUGHER) SHADRACH. They preceded him in death. Mr. Shadrach was a WWII Army veteran and a self-employed carpenter before his retirement. Graveside services for Mr. Shadrach will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2000 at 11 a.m. in the Highlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Wellman-Kinzer Funeral Home from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday. Additional Comments: Cokonougher is sometimes also spelled as Cochenour, Cookenour, Cocanour, and Cockenour, as well as other spellings.
