She was united in marriage to James J. Williams March 28, 1860. To them four daughters were born, Mrs. Scott Osborn of Morrow, Ohio, Mrs. Alfred Whetsel of Morrow, Ohio, Mrs. Ora Humphrey of Wilmington, Ohio and Mrs. Milan Spencer the latter departed this life November 17, 1907. The husband, three daughters, one sister Asenath Roberts of Jamestown, Ohio, one half sister Mary Teele of Wilmington, Ohio are left to mourn the loss of a faithful wife, a kind mother, a good and helpful sister. She was a birthright member of Friends church at Dover, Ohio. She loved the house of God and was often heard in testamony to the saving grace of God on her own life and was interested in the spread of the Gospel of Christ. She was a good neighbor, always ready to lend a helping hand in sickness and to the unfortunate everywhere, manifesting always a kind heart and a broad sympathy to all with whom she mingled in life. Her life on earth is ended, but the memory of her Christian character and helpful hand will never be forgotten by those who knew her. May we who remain on life's journey remember the Saviour she loved and served.
