On last Thursday morning the dead body of Harvey Corwin was found at the bridge at the foot of Main street, in this place. Coroner White was called to hold an inquest over the body. The report of the jury was that death was caused by a fall from the abutment of the bridge to the ground, a distance of about ten feet. The neck was broken by the fall. The deceased was about sixty years of age. The resided in Morrow and was at the time on a visit to Lebanon. It is supposed that he was intoxicated at the time of his death. His funeral took place on Friday, at the Baptist Church. Services by Rev. J. H. Jenkins.
