Charles Cowan

- On the 16th inst. Mr. CHARLES COWAN, in the 66th year of his age. The deceased
was one of the oldest citizens of the county - for many years and Elder in the
Presbyterian Church, and a consistent christian. We have never known a more
exemplary and excellent man, and, together with his family and numerous friends,
sincerely regret his departure. He will long be remembered for his many virtues
and upright character.
