"Reuben Hoff, sr., who lived between Mason and King's Mills, died last Saturday
at the age of eighty-eight. The grip was the cause of his death. The deceased
was the father of ten children, seven of whom are living. His wife preceded him
to the grave about a year ago. Two years ago Mr. hoff and his wife celebrated
their sixtieth marrige anniversary. The funeral was held Tuesday and the burial
took place at Mason."

"MASON
Reuben Hoff, an aged farmer residing south of Mason, died Saturday night. He was
one of the oldest citizens in this vicinity, and had he lived a few months would
have been eighty-nine years old. The funeral took place at his home on Tuesday."
