outside the corporation; children 51; five those of Jed. Chase.  Among the 
more prominent men were Dudley Woodbridge Sr., Rev. Samuel P. Robbins, Dr. 
Jabez True, Dr. Nathan McIntosh, Luther Edgerton Sr.

The following died about this time but we have no day or  month:
Esra Crane, Lucretia Saltonstall, Amsi Stanley, Ellzur Carver, Lydia McKawin, 
Anna Shepard, Margaret Morse - all we believe within Marietta township.

This information is posted for informational purposes only.  It is transcribed 
from a poor copy.  I've tried to be as accurate as possible.  Wherever I could 
find the woman or child's name I added in parenthesis.  Many of the above 
burials are not found in the recent Mound Cemetery transcription.
