She was a daughter of the late William and Joanna Jenkins and was born and had spent her life in Watertown Township. She was the last of a family of five. She and her husband had been married for more than 55 years. She was a member of the United Brethern Church near Watertown and was active therein until infirmities interferred. The deceased is survived by her husband and the following children: Myron Sampson of Zanesville, Clarence Sampson of Watertown, and Mrs. J. E. Hendershot of Parkersburg, W. Va. She is survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services in charge of Maxwell & Mindling will be held at the Clarence Sampson home at Watertown on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. and burial will be made in Waterford Cemetery.
