Died of typhoid fever, September 28th, 1860, Mrs. Caroline, wife of Anthony Sheets,
of Washington County, O., in the 40th year of her age… Mrs. Sheets was a devoted
wife, a tender and loving mother. By her removal, the church and village of
Grandview sustained a severe loss. The poor have lost a benevolent friend. But
especially her kind children, and an affectionate and deeply afflicted husband,
mourn under this bereavement.
