Arthur McKitrick, Cemetery Inscriptions From Washington County, Ohio, Vol. III,
1969 noted a stone on which only the words "Benjamin Bickford" were still
legible. The stone can now no longer be found, but Benjamin's grandson John
Bickford is buried in the vicinity, so this might also be the vicinity for
Benjamin.

Benjamin was born circa 1766-1771, probably in Rochester, NH, and died in
Washington County sometime before 1850. His wife is Sarah Ellenwood Bickford.
