Frame, 83, of Parkersburg, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born in The Plains, Ohio, the daughter of the late Edward and Minnie Lattimer Preston. She was a homemaker. Surviving are one daughter, Rebecca Frame Rhodes of Parkersburg; one step-daughter, Nancy Fleming of Belpre, Ohio; five grandchildren, including Steve Whited of Grantsville; and seven great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald T. Frame; five brothers, Charles, Lawrence, Paul, Robert and Clifford Pres-ton; and two sisters, Lena Waters and Beatrice Rutter. Services were held at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with her nephew Rev. Dale Waters officiating. Burial was in Rockland Cemetery. Transcribed by Franklin Sampson The Parkersburg News Saturday, Dec 16, 1989 pg 14 Roland Thomas Frame, 76, of 1503 Core Road, Parkersburg, died Thursday evening at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born at New Brighton, Pa. a son of the late Harry T. and Gail Higgenbottom Frame. He was a member of the Highlawn United Methodist Church, was an Army veteran of World War II, and had owned, operated, and retired from the Trail's End Antique Shop. He was also a member of the Parkersburg Masonic Lodge No 169 A.F. & A.M. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Helen Preston Frame; two daughters, Becki Rhodes of Parkersburg and Nancy Fleming of Belpre; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one brother, Ronald Frame of Parkersburg; and one nephew, Dr. Ronald Frame of Parkersburg. He was preceded in death by one sister, Bonnie Medley. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Ogdin Funeral Home with the Rev Dale Waters offficiating. Burial will follow in Rockland Cemetery.
