[quarter] of Section five Township Sixteen Range thirteen and beginning at a post on the Section line Sixty two Rods North of the Southwest Corner of Said qr. Section thence East along the line of James Glass’s lands sixty six rods and eleven feet to a post thence south twelve rods to a post thence west parallel with the other line Running East, Sixty six rods and eleven feet to a post thence north along the section line to the place of beginning Containing five acres the same more or less to have and to hold the above primises [sic] or lot of land with all appurtenances Unto the Said Mary Sherbundy and to her heirs and assigns forever and the said John Sherbondy and Catharine Sherbundy his wife George Sherbondy and Elizabeth Sherbundy his wife George Hohenshell and Charlotte Hohenshell his wife Adam Rosenburgh and Mary Rosenburgh his wife Catharine Sherbondy Joseph Sherbondy and Israel Sherbondy do by these presents forever quit claim unto the said Mary Sherbondy and to her heirs and assigns all Right title or claim that we have or might have had in or unto the above described lot or parcel of land In testimony where of the said John Sherbondy and Catharine Sherbondy his wife George Sherbondy and Elizabeth Sherbondy his wife George Hohenshell and Charlotte Hohenshell his wife Adam Rosenborough and Mary Rosenborough his wife Catharine Sherbondy Joseph Sherbondy and Israel Sherbondy have hereunto set their hand and seal this 17th day of April A.D. Given under my hand and seal this 30th day of June 1834. John Larimor Westmoreland County Personally apeard [sic] before me one of the justices of the peace in and for the county aforesaid John Shirbondy and Catherine his wife two of the within grantors and severally acknowledged the same to be thare[sic] act and Deed for the purpose tharein [sic] mentioned and Desired the same to Be recorded mentioned and Desired the same to be recorded as sutch according to law the said Caterin being of full age seperate and apart from her husband by me Examined the contents being made known to her Declared that she voluntrly [sic] became a party herto without any coarshun [sic] or compultion [sic] from her husband Witness my hand and Seal this twenty ninth day of May 1834 John Larrimore seal Westmoreland County Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace in and for Said County George Hohenshell and Sherlotta Hoenshell his wife. She being of full age Seperate and apart from hir [sic] Said husband by me examined the contents first being made known unto her by me. Abraham Shorbondy & wife [grantors] Mary Shorbondy [grantee] Know all men by these presents that we Abraham Shorbondy and Levaina Sherbondy his wife of the County of Mifflin in the State of Pennsylvania for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars to us in hand paid by Mary Sherbondy of the County of Wayne in the State of Ohio the Receipt wherof we do hereby acknowledg [sic] and ourslves fullySattisfied and paid have bargained and Sold and by these presents do bargain and sell and forever quit claim unto the said Mary Shurbondy and to her heirs and assigns forever all the following lot or parcel of Ground with its privaleges [sic] and appurtenances Viz: lying and being in the County of Wayne in the State of Ohio and being part of the Southwest qr. of Section five Township Sixteen Range thirteen begining [sic] on a post on the Section line Sixty two Rods North of the South west corner of Said qr.Section thence east along the line of James Glass's land Sixty six rods and eleven feet to a post thence south twelve rods to a post thence west paralel [sic] with the line on the north of said lot sixty six rods and eleven feet to a post on the section line thence north twelve rods to the place of begining [sic] containing five acres less or more to have and to hold the above described lot or parcel/[p.280] of land with its privaleges [sic] and appurtenances unto the only proper use and behoof of the Said Mary Shurbondy and her heirs and assigns forever and the said Abraham Shurbondy and Levaina Shurbondy his wife by these presents do forever quit claim unto the said Mary Shurbondy and to her heirs and assigns all right or title that we have or might have had in or unto the above described lot or parcel of Land in testimony whereof we the Said Abraham Shurbondy and Levaina Shorbondy have hereunto set our hands and Seal this [blank] day of [blank] A.D.
