Presbyterian banner. (Pittsburgh, Pa.) 1860-1898: April 8, 1863
Died March 11th, 1863, in Fairview, Wayne County, Ohio, of bronchial consumption,
Mr. David Morrow, Sr., a Ruling Elder in the church of Dalton. Mr. Marrow was born
in Allegheny County, Pa., April l4th, 1803, and in early life united with the
Presbyterian church of Bethel, then under the pastoral care of the Rev. Wm. Woods.
In 1826 he removed to Ohio, and united with the Presbyterian church of Dalton, in
the advancement and spiritual prosperity of which, he ever manifested a deep
interest. In 1836 he was ordained a Ruling Elder in said church, and in this
capacity faithfully and effectively served the church, and labored to promote the
interests of Zion generally, until his death...
