In the name of the Benevolent Father of all.

I Henry Worst, do make and publish this my last will and testament:

Item 1st. I give and devise to my beloved wife, in lieu of her dower, the farm 
on which we reside, situated in Chester Township, Wayne Co., Ohio. Containing 
about one hundred and one acres, during her natural life. And all the stock, 
household goods, furniture, provisions, and other goods and chattels which may 
be thereon at the time of my decease and also all the money and credits to have 
and to dispose of as her own. At the death of my said wife the realestate 
aforesaid, I give and devise to. Rosanna Throne (Whome(sic) I raised) One 
hundred dollars one hundred dollars to each of the following named heirs, to 
wit Elizabeth Worst, Rosanna Worth, Susannah Hetzler, Belinda Keiffer, and to 
Barbara A. Copland and her three daughters three hundred dollars., and the 
remainder of my estate to Rosanna Throne Throne (whome(sic) I raised), Daniel 
W. Martin and Barbara Catherine Baum, (whome (sic) I raised) sharing equally.

Item 2nd. I devise and bequeath to my Neese(sic) Barbara Catherine Baum and her 
heirs a house and lot and two acres of land in Lattisburg.

Item 3 I devise and bequeath to my nephew Daniel W. Martin one and his heirs a 
house and one acre of land situated in Jackson Township, Ashland Co., Ohio.

Item 4th I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife Nancy Worst and 
Daniel W. Martin executors of this my last will and testament hereby autherizing
(sic) and empowering them to compromise, adjust, release and discharge in such 
manner as they may deem proper the debts and claims due me. I do also autherize
(sic) and empower them if it shall become necessary in order to pay my debts to 
sell by private sale or in such manner upon such terms of credit or otherwise 
as they think proper, all or any part of my real estate and deeds to purchasers 
to execute acknowledge and deliver in fee simple.

I desire that no appraisement and no sale of my personal property be made, and 
that the cost/court of probate direct the omission of the same in persuance
(sic) of the statute, and that my executors be not required to give bond.

I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made. In testimony hereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and seal this 24 day of June A. D. 1881
