The will of the late Patrick McFall, who died at the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Louis G. Wilhems, was admitted to probate in the Blackford circuit court, Wednesday morning. The will was executed on September 19, 1932 and was witnessed by O.E. Temple- ton and L.F. Sprague, as witnesses. After the payment of all debts, incident to his last illness and funeral expenses, Mr. McFall bequeathed to his brothers, Oscar, Edward, Frank and Roy McFall the sum of $100 in cash each. To Frederick Hogan, the home property, a dwelling located at 315 East Franklin street, this city, is bequeathed. This will also directs that $3,000 be placed in a trust fund for the use of Frederick Hogan to attend coll- ege or a university, to secure an education in some trade, and Nicholas Wilhems is designated as trustee to handle the funds for that purpose. All the remainder of the estate is bequeathed to Eva Wilhems for her efforts in caring for Mr. McFall. Nicholas Wilhems is appointed executor. His bond was fixed at $1,700 as such executor by the court. Page 1, column 4 M'FALL FUNERAL TO BE ST.
